Papusa

With the beer sales ended, the music winding down, we made a final stop at the Papusa stand.
These are corn dough filled with things — in one case we had a ham and cheese papusa and the other was vegetable filled. For vegetarians in attendance at Googa Mooga, the vegetable Papusa was one of the few options available, even for the vegetarians who paid $250 for a Extra Mooga ticket.
The dish was covered in what we all assumed was cabbage and offered filling conclusion to the day.
