Feta Pie

I expected this feta filled pastry to be sweet.
It wasn’t. Following a half dozen overly sweet pastries, the saltiness of the feta pie was a welcome relief staving off a sugar coma. Still, I would have preferred a bit more flavor, and the dry flaky pastry dough in combination with the dry, flaky feta cheese was overall a bit of a disappointment.
