Filipino Hot Dog

The best tasting dish I sampled at Googa Mooga, the Filipino hot dog hit the sweet, savory, spicy notes in all the right places.
Earlier in the day, a friend had recommended the Filipino hot dogs as one of the best foods available, and he was right. Based on that recommendation, we decided to brave the modest line and in a few minutes were rewarded with the fusion hot dog.
The whole thing was remarkably sweet, with hints of spice and the crispy skin of the sausage link.
