Pulled Pork Housewarming

A friend roasted a slab of pig and then we made sandwiches.
While not quite the same thing as roasting a whole pig, this is pretty close, especially for urban apartment living. The meat fell off the cooked carcass into stringy bits of deliciousness and then we piled it all on little brioche rolls.
