Vegetarian summer rolls aren’t quite as tasty as the real thing.
There are a lot of things that vegetarianism can replicate from the meat world with great success. These summer rolls weren’t quite there. The tofu just lacked the consistency of shrimp and pork, Never the less, a little hot sauce saved the day.
