The Googa Mooga food festival featured mostly long lines. After two beers and a foie gras filled donut, I was ready for something savory. My friends and I were huddled in a small patch of shade when the line at DBGB suddenly seemed to shrink to a reasonable length.

A hint of hot sauce and thai spices turned what would be an ordinary sausage sandwich into a good first lunch.
