Pork Bun

On the border of Sunset Park and Bay Ridge, we feasted on Asian delicacies.
This pastry bun was filled with a barbecue pork. The dough was light and crispy and the interior spicy and sweet. I don’t think it was particularly ethnically Chinese about the flavoring.
