Just beyond Penn Station in Newark is the Ironbound, an area surrounded by the rail tracks. Inside this strip of land is a collection of Iberian and Brazilian restaurants serving everything from Brazilian Barbecue to paella to dishes like the one above: a big mess of seafood.
