Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow cooked pork smothered in sweet and tangy sauce is one way to start the day.
Several us had spent the morning helping a friend move into a new apartment. Moving is the devil’s work.
Afterward, we sat down for late brunch. I wanted some comfort food given up troubling moving is.
The bun was toasted and the cheese melted nicely. The sauce was perhaps a bit too sweet, but how much can you really expect from a sandwich crafted north of the Mason Dixon line.
