Pork Tacos

Sometimes tacos are big and greasy.
I was coming home late on a windy spring day and found the taco truck parked outside the subway station. They had run out of corn tortillas, so instead of getting three smaller tacos as they usually make, I received to larger tacos wrapped in wheat shells.
The corn tortillas are actually far more flavorful, but changing up the usually routine is always enjoyable. These tacos were filled with pork.
