Zucchini Sticks

There isn’t really anything better than taking something healthy like a vegetable and deep frying it.
Well, okay, the better thing is to add a side of dipping sauce, in this case a creamy tomato.
The breading was light and crispy, the zucchini itself soft and lush. And to think we almost ordered onion rings instead.
